Mubaarak Studio is operated by House of Mubaarak LLP (“we”, “us” or “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us through our website.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when it may be shared and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Collect
When you contact us, submit an enquiry or request a commissioned service, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, event or celebration details, and any other information, images or materials you voluntarily share with us.
The enquiry form on this website asks for your names, email address, celebration dates, city or venue, the service you are interested in and a message, and, if you choose to give it, your WhatsApp number.
We may also collect certain technical information when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, device information and website usage data, through cookies or similar technologies, where applicable.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Respond to enquiries and communicate with you.
- Understand your requirements and plan, prepare and deliver commissioned services.
- Manage our business operations and maintain records.
- Improve our website, services and visitor experience.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not use your personal information for unrelated marketing purposes without an appropriate legal basis.
3. How Your Information Is Shared
Your enquiries may be received through our email service provider. We may also use trusted third-party service providers, such as website hosting, analytics, communication or payment service providers, to support our operations.
The providers that support this website are:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website, keeps it secure and delivers enquiry form submissions to our inbox. Its Turnstile service checks that enquiries are sent by a person and not an automated program, and may process technical information about your browser and device to do so.
- Google Workspace, which provides our studio email.
- Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors use the website (see section 4).
Such providers may process your information on our behalf for the relevant purposes. Some of them may store or process information outside India.
We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or a lawful request from a competent authority.
4. Cookies and Website Analytics
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to support its functionality and understand how visitors interact with it.
Analytics information may be used to identify frequently visited pages, understand visitor behaviour and improve our website.
- Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart and to measure which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are from, which device and browser they use and how they arrived. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on.
- Cloudflare Turnstile runs only when you start filling in the enquiry form, to protect it from spam.
- The website also saves a small note in your browser so that the opening animation plays only on your first visit. It holds no personal information.
Where required, we will seek your consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies. You may also manage cookies through your browser settings.
5. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, provide our services, maintain relevant business records and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
We will consider and respond to such requests in accordance with applicable law. Certain information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate record-keeping purposes.
To exercise your privacy rights or raise a concern, please contact us at:
Email: info@mubaarakstudio.com
We will make reasonable efforts to address your request within the applicable timeframe.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services or applicable laws. The updated version will be published on this page along with the revised date.
